I have always loved the LIFE Magazine shoot that Marilyn did in the 50's with Alfred Eisenstaedt - these pictures appeared to show a much more grounded Marilyn than was typically in the public eye. My intent in doing this shoot was to recreate and give homage to a great American Icon!
